Stanley Goldenberg

Background

Stanley Goldenberg holds a master’s degree in synoptic meterology from Florida State University.  Currently, Goldenberg works for the Hurricane Research Division of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

Stanley Goldenberg, Climate Change, and the Heartland Institute

Stanley  Goldenberg was a speaker at the 2008 International Conference on Climate Change, which was organized by the Heartland Institute.  At the conference, Goldenberg gave a talk entitled “The Mythical Link between Hurricanes and Global Warming”.  Furthermore, Goldenberg is a signee of the Manhattan Declaration.

Also, Goldenberg is on record for claiming that there are raw data showing an increase in Arctic Sea ice depth and an expansion of its coverage.
