Canadian Bureaucrats Reported to be Resisting Climate Policy

The Vancouver Province reports here that Environment Canada bureaucrats are distancing themselves from a government policy that they feel is wrong and will earn no public support. The story rests partly on charges from former Liberal environment minister David Anderson, but it is more compelling, given the long series of leaks that have plaguedย  Environment Minister Rona Ambrose in the last few weeks.
