COP 15 Denier Delegation Keeps Agenda a Secret

โ€œCFACT is hosting a large delegation at the Copenhagen Climate Summit,โ€ announces the latest press advisory from theย DenierSphere.

CFACT, the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow, is a Libertarian think tank dedicated (in its way) to the environment. Itโ€™s advisory board is a whoโ€™s who of climate change denial, living (Sallie Baliunas, Robert Balling) and dead (Fred Seitz) and its presence in Copenhagen so far this week has been disruptive and counterproductive.

The advisory, which appeared on the shelf in the COP15 media center today, advertises, a delegation of โ€œalmost 70 people from five continents,โ€ and promises a series of series of events – the exact time and location of which are actually secret. (This from a group that has been hyperventilating for weeks about the alleged evidence of climate scientists withholding dataย โ€ฆ).

We will follow along as well as we may and will follow up with more information on participants, but in the meantime, hereโ€™s a brief list of the people CFACT is proposing as leading delegates:

Manual De Araujo, Member of Parliament of Mozambique; Steve Fielding, Australian Senator, leader of the Family First Party; Steve Milloy, junk science purveyor and Fox News commentator; Barun Mitra, President of the Liberty Institute and the Julian Simon Center in India; Christopher Monckton, the gotta-be-one-to-see-one-NaziU.S. Senate Environment and Public Works Committee (implying a scientific function he has never fulfilled); Craig Rucker, Executive Director of CFACTSCFACT

Much more to come, apparently, from theย contrarians.
