Phoebe is a co-deputy editor at DeSmog UK, with a focus on European politics. She joined DeSmog in 2020, and was previously the organisation\’s senior reporter.

Her work has appeared in The Guardian, The Independent, Politico and Financial Times, Deutsche Welle and Irish investigative outlet The Journal. Phoebe is NCTJ-accredited. She holds a degree in German from Oxford University and a Master’s in environmental politics from Birkbeck.
